For running consulting services, Trinify K.K. (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “us”) aims to build good relationship with our business partners and to gain satisfaction and trust from them. Therefore, we establish “Information Security Initiative” and will strive to maintain the Information Security by observing that.
– We observe the laws and regulations on the Information Security, guidelines, and other norms set by the Japanese government.
– We securely manage acquired information assets under close supervision and take thorough measures to prevent the unauthorized access, loss, destruction, falsification, and leak etc.
– Our employees act with integrity on the basis of company rules and information security administrative rules. If any employee violates that, the employee will be targeted for discipline and legal action in line with employment regulations.
– We make our employees recognize the importance of information security and ensure they are informed to handle information assets appropriately and educate them continuously.
– If any incidents or accidents regarding information security happen, we will establish a regime to deal with that promptly and take action to prevent a recurrence while keeping the damage at a minimum.
– We review information security management system appropriately and improve that continuously.
